Our carefully cultivated strawberries undergo a rigorous quality control process. This process supports our goal of offering our customers an excellent product by selecting the highest quality strawberries. After quality control, our strawberries proceed to the packaging stage.
Depending on customer preferences and requirements, our strawberries are prepared using various packaging methods. These include trays, clamshells, or open packages, among others. These carefully designed packaging methods ensure the integrity and freshness of each strawberry, enabling our products to reach the end consumer in the best possible condition.
Once our products are packaged, they are prepared for shipment to the vacuum cooling facility. During this stage, special palletization techniques are employed to safeguard the freshness and quality of our products. Products are wrapped in thermal blankets to protect them from temperature fluctuations and external factors.
The vacuum cooling facility plays a critical role in preserving the freshness of our products for an extended period. Products reaching the facility are stored according to specified temperature and humidity levels. Both our facility and our customers are equipped with advanced Product Tracking Devices to monitor the temperature and humidity status of products during the shipping process.
